Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Coleman Estate, County Kildare.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission propose to divide the remainder of the Coleman Estate at Baltracey, Donadea, County Kildare.

The Land Commission do not expect to be in a position to divide the remainder of the Coleman estate at Baltracey, record No. S. 8335, before the spring of next year.

Will it be divided then?

We hope so.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission propose to erect dwelling-houses for persons who were allotted holdings of land on the Coleman estate at Baltracey, Donadea, County Kildare.

The Land Commission do not propose to erect dwelling-houses for the persons who have been allotted parcels of land on the Coleman Estate at Baltracey. Of the three allottees only one was in need of a new house, and on 10th December, 1940, a free grant of £170 and an advance of £50 were sanctioned by the Land Commission as assistance towards the erection of a house by him.
