Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Westmeath Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the lands at Curristown, Killucan, County Westmeath, property of the late Mr. A. Briscoe, are required by the landless men in that district for division amongst them, and if he will state when it is proposed to acquire these, lands for that purpose.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the lands at Curristown, the property of the late Mr. A. Briscoe, and owing to the emergency conditions they do not propose to take any action in the matter.
