Vol. 93 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Compensation for Acquired Land.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he is now in a position to state when compensation will be paid to Mr. James Grennan, Coolcarrigan, County Kildare, in respect of the land which was acquired from him by the State for turf production purposes.

The necessary documents regarding the title to the land have been sent to Mr. Grennan for execution and, on the return of the documents duly executed and, provided there is no charge registered in the Land Registry against the land, the purchase money will be paid.
