Vol. 94 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - International Labour Conference.

asked the Minister for External Affairs if he will state whether this country was represented by an official delegation at the recent International Labour Conference in Philadelphia; and, if so, whether he will state the names of delegates who were present representing (a) the Government; (b) the employers', and (c) the workers' organisations.

The country was officially represented. A delegation such as was customary in normal times was, however, not sent. In the circumstances existing, we decided that the interests of the country would be adequately represented by our officials who were on the spot.
