asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state (1) the titles of all the trade unions to which negotiating licences have been granted under the provisions of Section 10 of the Trade Union Act, 1941, and the total membership of each such union as shown in the form of application for the negotiating licence; (2) the sum deposited with the High Court by each such union under the provisions of Section 7 of the Trade Union Act, 1941, and (3) the membership of each such union certified by its officials in the annual return made to the registrar in the case of the unions required to make such returns in respect of the year 1944, or, as the case may be, in the last annual return furnished by each such union under the Trade Union Acts, 1871 to 1935.
