Vol. 107 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Flooding in County Wexford.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware of the serious damage caused by flooding in Kilmore, Inish, and the surrounding districts in County Wexford, involving an area of over 2,000 acres; and if he will take steps, at an early date, to have the necessary works put in hands to relieve this position.

I have no information on the subject referred to by the Deputy, but if he will give me more detailed particulars I shall have inquiries made.

I wish to state that I am delighted to be in a position to give the Minister all the details he wants.
