Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Clare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if it is proposed in the near future to divide the Jackson holding on the estate of W.A. Fitzgerald at Moy, County Clare.

Proceedings have been instituted for the resumption of a holding of Herbert Jackson in the townland of Moy Beg and Moy More, containing 77a. 1r. 18p. statute measure, on the estate of W.W.A. Fitzgerald, Record No. S. 4165, County Clare. It is not possible at the present stage of the proceedings to state whether the lands will become available for division.
