Vol. 110 No. 11

Written Answers to Questions. - Kerry Coast Erosion.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the serious coast erosion that has occurred at Ventry, Dingle, due to the ravages of the sea, which now threatens the road leading by the village and if, having regard to the fact that this is a main road leading through the Corca Dhuibhne Fíor-Ghaeltacht, he will make a grant available for the erection of a protecting wall there.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by my predecessor to Deputy Spring on 11th February, 1947, in connection with this matter.
