asked the Minister for Justice if he will state (a) whether inquiries by his Department have been completed into alleged victimisation of members of the Garda Síochána by political or other means; (b) how many cases have been under investigation, (c) when it is hoped to have a report available on all such cases, and (d) whether, in the event of the results of inquiries proving that Garda officers were victimised, he will take steps to right any wrong done to such officers.
