The stream referred to was not included in the Brosna Catchment Drainage Scheme prepared under the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945. When the approved scheme has been completed and its full effects studied, it is the intention to consider the desirability of including further works, and the Millrace stream will be borne in mind in this connection.
