Vol. 126 No. 13

Committee on Finance. - Appropriation Bill, 1951—All Stages.

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to apply a certain sum out of the Central Fund to the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, to appropriate to the proper supply services and purposes the sums granted by the Central Fund Act, 1951, and this Act, and to make certain provision in relation to borrowing.—(Minister for Finance.)

I move that the Bill be now read a Second Time.

We are proceeding on the assumption that there is nothing new in this.

Wait and see.

Are you going to start something, because if you are we are quite prepared to take you on?

Question put and agreed to.
Agreed to take remaining stages now.
Bill put through Committee, reported without amendment, received for final consideration and passed.

This is a Money Bill within the meaning of Article 22 of the Constitution.
