Vol. 127 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kerry Road.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that when the Land Commission divided the holding of Mr. Jeremiah Brosnihan, Pilgrim Hill, Kilmorna, County Kerry, some 14 years ago, they provided passage for a road which they later failed to make; and, if so, if he will now arrange for a road to be made for the convenience of the allottees.

This holding was allotted 18 years ago. Access to three parcels is by means of a right-of-way which is used by several other landholders. The Land Commission carried out improvements to the right-of-way in 1936 and they have no proposals for further repairs to it.
