Vol. 129 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Provision of Turbary for County Kerry.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the people of Doon and Beal districts of Ballybunion, County Kerry, now find it impossible to obtain turf banks at any price due to the turf banks at Tullamore, Dina, Sliabh Baidthe and Tullahinnel West bogs being cut out; and, if so, if he will now have steps taken to provide a parcel of turbary for division amongst these people.

The requirements of the people in question will be considered in connection with the proposed allotment of turbary in Tullamore and Ballyline West.
