The estimated total production of plaster boards in the first and second halves of the year 1951 was 1,824,000 and 1,473,000 square yards respectively.
Exports of plaster boards are recorded by value only, and the total value of exports in the first and second periods of six months in question amounted to £61,002 and £49,595 respectively.
