I would refer the Deputy to the reply which I gave to his question on this subject on 11th June last, when I indicated that as soon as the period for lodging objections to the proposed lease had expired the matter would be dealt with immediately. This period expired on 21st June. No objections were received and on 3rd July a draft lease was sent to the Clonakilty Urban District Council. The council's acceptance of the terms of the proposed lease was not received until 10th October. The engrossment has been put in hands and as soon as completed the lease will be sent to the urban district council for execution.
