Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Butter Marketing Committee's Finances.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state (a) the amount of bank overdraft of the Butter Marketing Committee for the years 1951-52, 1952-53, and (b) the amount paid in interest for such bank overdraft for each of the above years.

As regards (a) the figure fluctuates widely throughout the year according to the nature of the committee's trading activities in butter. The figures as at 31st March in each of the two years were:—
