Vol. 142 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Roscrea-Limerick Bus Service.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will request C.I.E. to restore the bus service which operated between Roscrea and Limerick via Silvermines and Ballinahinch, so as to facilitate the people in those districts and school children in particular.

The responsibility for meeting the demand for transport facilities generally rests on the board of C.I.E. I suggest that the Deputy should make representations in regard to the transport facilities desired direct to the board, which, it may be assumed, will give them the fullest consideration.
