Ceisteann—Questions. Oral Answers. - Migration of Land Owners.

asked the Minister for Lands if in regard to those land owners with uneconomic holdings, who have had to leave their lands as a result of the recent flooding, he will request the Land Commission to carry out a survey with a view to arranging for the migration of such land owners in the immediate future.

Later this afternoon the Minister for Agriculture will outline to the House the proposals the Government has decided on in regard to relief of the flooded areas of the Shannon valley to which the Deputy refers.
