I am informed by the E.S.B. that an official canvass of the residents of the Mount Frisco area, County Tipperary, which includes Dunkerrin and Killea, was carried out recently and that the results will be considered by the board. The decision of the board in regard to development will depend on how the returns for the area compare with those for other areas still awaiting development in the Portlaoise district.
