Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Housing Grants.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state, in respect of each of the years 1954-55 and 1955-56, and the period 1st April, 1956, to date, the number of applications received, and the total amount paid, in respect of housing grants in (a) Dublin City and County, and (b) the rest of the country.

The reply is in the form of a tabular statement which, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated with the Official Report.
