Vol. 161 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Clondulane (Cork) Water and Sewerage Schemes.

asked the Minister for Local Government if, in view of the undoubted necessity for a water and sewerage scheme for the 20 non-municipal houses built six years ago at Clondulane, Fermoy, he will make moneys available immediately to the Northern Committee of the Cork County Council to carry out the scheme.

The proposed water and sewerage schemes for Clondulane are not expected to require loans of a magnitude which would necessitate their being advanced from the Local Loans Fund. So far as I am aware the county council have not yet formulated any definite proposals for the financing of the schemes.
