Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Registered Unemployed in Cork Towns.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the number registered as unemployed at (a) Bandon, (b) Kinsale and (c) Passage West employment exchanges, County Cork, at the latest available date.

The numbers of persons on the Live Register at the latest available date (1st March, 1958) at the following local offices of the Department of Social Welfare were: Bandon 149, Kinsale 147, and Passage West 181.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the number of registered unemployed persons at Mallow, Macroom and Newmarket employment exchanges, County Cork, at a recent date.

The numbers of persons on the Live Register at the latest available date (1st March, 1958) at the following local offices of the Department of Social Welfare were: Mallow 244, Macroom 269, and Newmarket 469.
