A grant has been sanctioned by my Department towards the cost of erecting a new national school at Gleannmuickerrin, Costelloe, County Galway. The arrangements for the erection of the school are in the hands of the Commissioners of Public Works and I understand that the commissioners have now accepted a tender for the work.
