The Land Commission have reached agreement with the owner for the purchase of some 600 acres of turbary on this estate but possession of the bog has not yet been obtained. The Deputy will appreciate that, as extensive development must precede the division of such a large area of turbary, it is not possible at present to indicate when allotment will take place.
