Vol. 171 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Kingscourt (Cavan) Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring the lands known as the Howells estate, Kingscourt, County Cavan, of which the present occupier is Martine Howell, for division among uneconomic landholders in the area, and with what result.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of this estate, but I understand that their attention has been drawn to the lands.
