asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether transcripts of evidence given before the Fair Trade Commission may be made available on request to interested parties.

There is no statutory obligation on the Fair Trade Commission to prepare transcripts of evidence given before them. The commission are empowered to regulate their own procedure in relation to inquiries and any information desired on the procedure should be sought direct from the commission.
