asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the Land Commission undertook to fence the rearranged holdings of the Kilvine tenants in County Mayo; that this undertaking given five years ago has not been redeemed, and that serious hardship has been caused to these tenants by this failure; and if he will ensure that this fencing is forthwith put in hand.
