asked the Minister for Justice whether he has received any and, if so, how many, of the reports required by Section 75 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 to be made annually to him by each of the four rule-making committees constituted by Part 6 of the Act (as later amended) as to whether any and, if so, what amendments or alterations should be made in the practice, procedure and administration of the courts in relation to which the committees were constituted or in the law affecting or administered by the courts; and when such reports were received.

I have not received any such report from any of the Courts rule-making committees under Section 75 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936.
As far as can be ascertained in my Department, sixteen such reports were received, from the Registration of Title Rules Committee, the dates of receipt being as follows:—
