Vol. 188 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Galway Commonage Annuity.

26.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission will divide (without fencing) and apportion the annuity among the co-owners of the commonage in the townlands of Toorloggagh and Dring, County Galway.

No application has been received under the Land Acts for the partition of this commonage which appears to comprise 409 acres in the townland of Toorloggagh and 491 acres in the townland of Drin held in undivided 1/13th shares. However, if such an application is made in the prescribed manner by the parties concerned, the matter will be considered.
