Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wexford Bridge Lights.

34.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the fact that the new bridge at Wexford is still without lights; and if in view of the dangers to traffic involved he will take action to remedy this situation immediately.

The provision of lighting on the new bridge at Wexford is the responsibility of the local authorities concerned, namely Wexford County Council and Wexford Corporation. The local authorities have agreed that the work will be done by the County Council and I understand that the provision of the lights is in progress.
