I have not received a request for an inquiry in respect of this company.
I am aware, however, that the Minister for Finance as majority shareholder had certain representations made to him and that, having made appropriate inquiries he notified the parties concerned that he was satisfied that the matter did not call for any further action by him.
Could the Minister state on what date the Minister for Finance did that?
I am afraid I have not got the date but I think it was several weeks ago. I could let the Deputy know privately later.
