The names of the directors of the National Building Agency, Ltd., who are all civil servants, and the Departments to which they are attached are M.B. Lawless, F.P. Cosgrave and C. O'Doherty of the Department of Local Government; J. T. Godfrey, Department of Industry and Commerce; and D. S. Ó Loinsigh, Department of Finance.
The amount of the share capital is £100 divided into 100 shares of £1 each. Ninety-four shares are held in the name of the Minister for Finance, one share in the name of the Minister for Local Government and one each in the names of the directors.
