On the date in question, Application No. 249 could not be conveniently included in the inspector's itinerary which covered North Kildare. While it is the general rule to deal with applications in chronological order, inspecting officers must also exercise reasonable economy in the planning of their journeys, and this sometimes involves taking applications out of turn.
I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a table setting out the information requested in the last part of the Question.
