Vol. 196 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Advertising Balloon.

133.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he has given permission to a firm (name supplied) to fly an advertising ballon in Dublin City.

Permission in so far as Article 18 (1) of the Air Navigation (General) Regulations, 1930, is concerned was given by me to the firm named for the flying, for a limited period and subject to specified conditions, of a fixed balloon for advertising purposes. This permission did not obviate the necessity of securing the consent of any other authority or person whose consent was required.
