As I stated in reply to a similar question on 11th April, 1961, I have frequently made representations to the British authorities for the removal of spikes on cross-Border roads and shall continue to do so. In fact, I recently made representations in regard to the remaining spiked roads but have not as yet received a reply.
If the Minister gets a reply about the Culloville bridge, will he let me know?
