Vol. 199 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Classes in Limerick Secondary Schools.

84.

asked the Minister for Education the number of classes in recognised secondary schools in the city of Limerick, and the number of pupils in each of these classes.

The information available from the secondary school returns is not such as would enable me to give the number of pupils in individual classes. I can state, however, that according to the recent returns there are 110 classes and 2,920 pupils in secondary schools in Limerick city.
