Written Answers. - Central Fund Allocations to South Tipperary.

95.

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Local Government the total contribution from central funds made available to Tipperary South Riding during each of the past ten years.

96.

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Local Government the total contributions made from the central funds to Tipperary South Riding on a per capita (Tipperary population) basis over each of the past ten years.

I propose with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 95 and 96 together.

It is not practicable to indicate the amounts of the payments made from the Exchequer to individuals residing in Tipperary South Riding e.g., by way of Social Welfare payments or as grants under the Housing Acts, Farm Improvement, Rural Improvement, Minor Employment, Forestry, Derelict Sites and Amenity Schemes etc.
