Vol. 205 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Extensions to County Dublin Schools.

107.

asked the Minister for Education if he will explain the long delay in providing badly-needed extensions to Newcastle and Rolestown nationals schools, County Dublin.

I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that the preparation of the drawings and specifications for the schemes of extension to Newcastle and Rolestown national schools took longer than anticipated.

Tenders have already been invited for extending Newcastle national school and the Commissioners of Public Works hope to invite tenders for the Rolestown scheme within the next two weeks.
