asked the Minister for Finance if he will indicate the increased revenue under all headings received by way of increased stamp duties by the Department of Justice from 1960 to 1962 inclusive.

Revenue accrues to the Department of Justice by way of Stamp Duties in respect of Court Fees, Public Record Office Fees, Land Registry Fees, Censorship of Films Fees, Registry of Deeds Fees, and Vehicle Plate Fees. Increases in Court Fees had effect as from the 1st October, 1956, and alterations in other fees had effect as from later dates. It may be helpful, therefore, to give particulars of the receipts under the various headings for the year 1955-56 as well as for the three latest years. As the information is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
