asked the Minister for Justice what is the present position in regard to the Garda station at

The difficulties as to title which have been encountered in connection with the site selected for the new station at this centre have not yet been resolved. The Commissioners of Public Works are continuing their efforts to have the matter settled.

asked the Minister for Justice what is the present position in regard to the Garda station at Ballymore Eustace, County Kildare.

The Commissioners of Public Works have not as yet succeeded in obtaining a suitable site for the new station to be erected at this centre.

asked the Minister for Justice what is the present position in regard to the Garda station at Newbridge, County Kildare.

The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that it is hoped to invite tenders for the erection of a new station and four houses at this centre during the coming financial year.

asked the Minister for Justice what is the present position in regard to the Garda station at Rathangan, County Kildare.

The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that a site on offer at this centre appears to be suitable but that their investigations in this regard are not yet completed.

asked the Minister for Justice what is the present position in regard to the Garda station at Kinnegad, County Westmeath.

A site for the new station and two sets of married quarters has been selected and negotiations for its purchase are in progress.
