andMr. Spring asked the Minister for Finance whether the five per cent increase in public service pensions announced by him in the Budget will apply to pensioners of local authorities, such as road workers, hospital attendants, etc.; and, if not, whether he will now take steps to have the increase granted to those pensioners.
