The proposal of the Thurles Urban District Council for the expenditure of their urban road improvement grants for 1963-64 and 1964-65 relates to the construction of a section of a new road which is being planned for the town. Details of the proposal are the subject of correspondence between my Department and the local authority, and a decision thereon will be given as soon as possible.
