Vol. 212 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Companies Bill Memorandum.

45.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that copies of the memorandum on the Companies Bill, 1962 as passed by Dáil Éireann are not available for sale in the Government Publications Sale Office; and if he will arrange to have this memorandum available for sale separate from the Companies Bill and in a manner similar to that in which copies of the memorandum relating to the Civil Liability Bill, 1960 and the Rent Restrictions Bill, 1960 were separately sold.

Supplies of the Memorandum were placed on sale in the Government Publications Sale Office with the Companies Bill in November, 1963. Subsequently, in response to public demand, arrangements were made for a reprint of the Memorandum, copies of which were recently placed on sale separately in the Sale Office.
