I am informed that Dublin Corporation have made significant improvements in the past few years in their system of caretaking flats. At present 84 attendants work under the supervision of five specially-trained overseers who maintain close liaison with the corporation's welfare section. In addition, six fully-qualified welfare officers are employed to act in a general advisory capacity to tenants.
