asked the Minister for Justice what payments have been made by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court under the Enforcement of Court Orders Act since 1st January, 1965, up to 6th July, 1965 giving the date of each payment, the amount and to whom paid.

The following payments were made during the period in question: £2,011 1s. 8d. in respect of 91 cases on 28th January; £1,523 8s. 6d. in respect of 77 cases on 25th February; £1,852 12s. 2d. in respect of 87 cases on 31st March; and £2,227 9s. 7d. in respect of 108 cases on 10th May.
It would be contrary to practice to publish officially the names of persons concerned in court proceedings, and I do not, therefore, propose to supply the particulars asked for in the last part of the question.
