asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the immense tourist potential of the Bourn Vincent Memorial Estate, Killarney, County Kerry, he will have this estate officially designated, nationally and internationally, as a national park in accordance with the wishes of the donor.

Section 12 (1) of the Bourn Vincent Memorial Park Act, 1932, provides that the estate shall be maintained and managed by the Commissioners of Public Works as a national park for the general purpose of the recreation and enjoyment of the public.
