There are no proposals before my Department at present in regard to tenant purchase schemes in Galway.
On 22nd July last I approved schemes which had been formulated by Galway Corporation in respect of 338 houses and suggested that they should review the sale terms which they had proposed in respect of a further 137 houses. I have not yet been informed of the outcome of this review.
