asked the Minister for Education if his attention has been drawn to a statement attributed to him and reported on Monday 26th September, 1966 in respect of vocational schools scholarships; and if, in view of the fact that the City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee were not advised of a change in the scholarship arrangements up to the conclusion of their meeting on Thursday 29th September, 1966, he will now clearly state what exactly is the position.
