The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. As to the second part, it has been the practice for many years to publish in Irish, only, the regulations for certain grades, including this one, for appointment to which a good knowledge of Irish is essential. The substance of the regulations relating to the administrative officer grade is given, in English, in the other documents which are suplied to applicants for the position along with the regulations.
