asked the Minister for Local Government the number of appeals since 1st October, 1964, under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, against decisions of the Dublin City Manager refusing permission.

The number of valid appeals received in the period from 1st October, 1964, to 25th November, 1966, against decisions by Dublin Corporation to refuse planning permissions was 509.
